Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders $70 and over! For orders totaling less than $70, there is a flat shipping and handling charge of $5.95.
Shipping Times
We are fast!
- Most orders ship the same day and arrive within 2 business days.
Selenalhair.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments. If your package is exceptionally heavy, it will ship the United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and complete shipping details.
If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail within 4 business days. Please make sure your email address is correct on your order receipt.
- Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date.
- Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 7-9 business days of the shipping date.
- If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address or another U.S. Territory, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.
- National holidays, weather and traffic can extend delivery times.

Returns
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. - We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 60 days we cannot accept.
- If we error, we will pay for Return Shipping and Handling. Contact Customer service immediately.
- If you error, you will be responsible for the Return Shipping and Handling.
- We cannot accept returns of products that are empty, altered, not purchased from Beauty Care Choices or not in original packaging.
- All sales final on discontinued items.
- If you received free gifts, discounts or free shipping based on your purchase amount those item values will be deducted from your return amount.
- If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business.
Order Changes and Cancellations
In providing excellent service, BeautyCareChoices.com will begin to process your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel an order it is best to call us at 407-350-9145. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order. Please review our return policy.
CAN'T FIND YOUR ORDER?
Packages may be marked as "delivered" before the carrier arrives because it is Out for Delivery. Also, some carriers leave packages with an Apartment Office Manager or in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. If, by the 2nd business day, you still are unable to locate your package, please contact us.
